2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When the site is accessed, the host automatically collects server log files (browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time, IP address) required for secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Any transfer to the USA is based on the EU standard contractual clauses; Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

3. Cookies, Google Analytics & Google Ads

We use technically necessary storage without consent (Section 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). This includes your choice in the cookie banner, which is stored only locally in your browser (local storage) so that the notice does not reappear on every page. Fonts are served locally (no external font servers are called). Analytics cookies are only set with your consent. We do not use social media trackers or remarketing.

Based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Section 25 (1) TDDDG) we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies (including _ga, _ga_*) to analyse the use of this website (e.g. pages viewed, time on page, approximate origin, device and browser). The IP address is processed in truncated form. A transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Cookies are stored for up to 14 months. The Google script (googletagmanager.com) is only loaded after you have selected “Accept all” in the cookie banner. Google Ads conversion measurement: We run ads via Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, address as above). If you reach this website via an ad and have selected “Accept all”, cookies (including _gcl_aw, _gcl_au) are used to measure whether you subsequently submit an enquiry or tap the phone number. We only learn the total number of such actions, not names or the content of your enquiry. We do not use personalised advertising (remarketing). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, Section 25 (1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Contact form & email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, your details (name, phone, email address, message) are stored to process your enquiry. For the technical delivery of the form we use the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA; resend.com); this involves a transfer to a third country (USA) based on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). Legal bases: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted after final processing unless statutory or professional retention obligations apply.
